Chak Hanal, meaning “to cook” in Maya, is a nice place for a party or event. It has a wood oven, a grill, a full kitchen; restrooms, a baby changing station; bar area, beautiful ponds with a small waterfall, and an exterior garden. It can accommodate a maximum of 40 people seated, both inside and outside the main palapa.
If handcrafted wood furniture is desired, the capacity is of 20 people maximum.
Standing, it can hold up to 60 people.
The restaurant has a ramp for handicapped usage.
Boutique Restaurant Chak Hanal you can buy beer, spirits, wine, soda, bottled water, and some snacks.

The wellbeing area of our ecological hotel is another space available for events of up to 60 people accommodated around the pool area. It is a 50-cubic-meter no-chlorine-added pool and three solar-heated hot tubs with different temperatures, a palapa holding a micro-sinkhole, which can accommodate two people maximum. It has two toilets, two exterior sinks and the “alebrije” tower for bird watching.
The wellbeing area also has a massage salon with a dressing room, and direct access to an outside shower with hot water, to the pool, and to the solar-heated hot tubs. These are only active a maximum of two hours per event.
Parties for kids cannot be held in the pool area. Any event or wedding were children are present require a waiver signed by their legal guardians, releasing Chaktunche Rancho Ecolodge of any responsibility in any accidents or lack of direct parenting supervision.

This is a 36 square meter room, which can be used for meditation, yoga, workshops, massages or physical therapies. It provides all basic services, including an area with WiFi for staying in touch with your loved ones, since there is no cellphone signal anywhere else within this beautiful vacation site.
Rent of each location can include: bar service, different menu options, waiter service, chef or cook; cleaning before and after the event; decoration, cutlery, or any other element needed to make your event a unique one. You simply have to specify what is needed, in order to include it in our estimate.
