It is important to point out that Chaktunche Rancho Ecolodge is a place of peace and harmony, and because of this, it is forbidden in all events:
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
If you accept the estimated budget, we require 75% of the cost in advance payment, and the total number of people invited, in order to guarantee the reservation on the day(s) planned, as well as the service at the place of the event.
Any cancellation within 15 days of the event will have a penalty of up to 75% of the estimated total.
The total number of people cannot be reduced; however, it can be augmented, once delivered the 75% advance payment, given that it is done with enough time to accommodate you. The reservation has to be paid in full seven days before the event, guaranteeing the service, cleaning, location(s), food and beverages agreed upon.
For events taking place in a period shorter than 15 days, advance payment must be made as soon as the budget is accepted, and it must be paid in full before starting the event.
The estimate budget will always include taxes. If a commercial invoice is required it must be requested, and billing data sent to us.
