Maya-style cottage with its typical grass roof. This cottage is the closest to the entrance to this ecological hotel. It has a parking space for one vehicle in front of the cottage. This is a double-occupancy cottage, with one king-size bed, solar-powered water heater with electric backup, electricity, floor fan, a hammock for use outside the cottage, full bathroom, bathroom amenities, basic first-aid kit, hooks for hanging clothes, drawers, canopy for the bed, and an open patio with table and chairs.

Breakfast is included for two people per night reserved. The cost for an additional person is $35 USD, and it includes breakfast.​

Cleaning service at the cottages

Our fares include the cleaning service every three nights of use. If daily cleaning is desired, it will be done for an extra charge.
Full cleaning: $17 USD.
Without replacing sheets and towels: $10 USD.
Only replacing sheets and towels: $7 USD.
The service does not include tip.

Organic breakfast included

We await you from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at our Boutique Restaurant Chak Hanal to enjoy a delicious organic breakfast that includes: fresh juice, fruit from the season, coffee or tea, honey, butter, jam, bread. And for an extra farm-raised eggs with chaya (a regional plant similar to spinach), sauces, tortillas, and black beans.

Bathroom amenities

All our cottages include two bottles of water; two pool towels, two bathroom towels, two face towels, one hand towel; toilet paper; biodegradable shampoo and soap. One basic first-aid kit, a rechargeable lantern and a small broom with dustpan.

There is WiFi serving a limited area within the estate.

Parking

Each cottage has its own parking spot within the estate, at no extra cost, for one vehicle per cottage.

BREAKFAST AT YOUR COTTAGE

Breakfast at your room can be accommodated for an additional cost per person: ask for price and availability. The charge includes setting up and down the table and cutlery, because it is really important to clean after eating so as not to attract wild animals to the cottage. Tips are not included in the price.

The cost of extra person per cottage is $35 USD, and it also includes our continental breakfast. Maximum one extra person per cottage.
