Best service you could ask for. They communicated promptly with us after our booking, giving us detailed directions to the retreat. Went above and beyond again and again, booking massages, cooking organic breakfast, always a step ahead. The facility is truly a work of art. Years of planning and executing a perfect habitat in the jungle. There is a cenote on site and it is very close to other cenote’s (sink holes you can swim in) in the area. Our cabana was beautifully designed with en suite shower and our own private patio. The swim area had 3 separately tempered pools, perfect for dipping day or night. If you are looking for an authentic yet comfortable Mexican experience, look no farther. We stayed 2 nights here and 2 nights at a resort and wished we had stayed here the entire time. We cannot say enough good things about the setting. We will be back here for sure. We are also excited to see what else is in store for the property. They are working on a yoga studio at the moment. I forgot to mention that the massage was amazing! The massage room is screened in and you can feel the breeze and hear the sounds of the jungle while relaxing. Wow! Thank you! A magical, beautiful, enchanting and wholly unexpected gem of a place in the Mayan Jungle. The service at Chaktunche is great. The creators have built an incredible retreat that is a gift for the soul and the senses. Our cabin was a beautiful and elegantly designed. Everything on the property was built by them and their master carpenters in exceptional taste. The perfect place to unwind and recharge. We were so sad to leave and cannot wait until we are able to return. You should be so proud.

Láttention en Chaktunche est très amical. Vos hotês sont très accueillants , sympathiques à souhait et vous informent sur tous les endroits sympas à découvrir aux alentours. L’endroit est simplement fabuleux, en pleine jungle, dépaysement garanti. La nuit vous entendez les animaux et c’est vraiment relaxant, loin de l’agitation des sites touristiques. Pas de soucis pour les insectes et moustiques, une moustiquaire vous protège. Nous y sommes restés qu’une seule nuit mais on aurait vraiment aimé prolonger notre séjour, l’endroit est somptueux. Et que dire du petit déjeuner le matin, que du frais du naturel du bon, non du très très bon! Mille merci à vous Adios, besitos amigos :) Laura et Anthony

Fabuleux ! Je viens de passer une semaine dans la cabine avec la petite terrasse privée etc’était vraiment bien, très privatif et vraiment super beau et naturel, tout fait mains ! Il règne un calme dingue, juste les cris des petits animaux! Il faut juste penser à prendre une voiture de location car c’est plus ou moins à 10km du centre de Puerto Morelos, etje n’aipas vu d’arrêt pour le bus....C’est leur toute première saison, tout n’est pas encore finis mais c’est déjà très bien, justes quelques petits détails à perfectionner, comme partout, comme tout le monde ! En deux mots : n’hésitez pas !

Un rincón en la selva que vale la pena visitar y disfrutar, los anfitriones muy atentos en el servicio. Gracias Chaktunche por sus atenciones, el lugar está increíble y lo mejor de todo es que no daña el medio ambiente.
